At Städa, we offer a comprehensive range of industrial air cleaners or industrial air purifiers that can greatly improve the quality of air in enclosed spaces, making for a much more comfortable working environment.
The greatest benefit of having an industrial air cleaner or industrial air purifier is undoubtedly the better quality of air that will be circulated within a closed space after treatment. It makes the working environment safer for your workers, resulting in better health and greater productivity. Particles that are the most dangerous are those invisible to the naked eye, and industrial air cleaners will filter these out to ensure that the air is safe and more breathable.
By having an industrial air purifier in your room or building, these contaminants in the air will be reduced from the air circulation significantly. This also has a knock-on effect which improves the quality of your products as there is less risk of product contamination during the production process. Industrial air cleaners are suitable for production heavy industries such as printing, food processing, or even bakeries due to the flour particles that circulate in the air.
Unlike dust extractors, it does not remove and channel particles outside the building. Instead, a filter catches most of the hazardous dust in the air, before the air is recirculated within the room.
There are different types of techniques that various industrial air cleaners and purifiers use depending on the model. Most of them will have a filter which simply allows air to pass through, while particles will be filtered out physically. HEPA filters can capture up to 99.95% of particles in the air that are of 0.15 micrometres or larger. However, these do not catch and remove bacteria or smoke particles from the air.
The air exits the cleaner minus the particles and is recirculated within the enclosed space. Unlike dust extractors, these do not introduce new airstreams to the space – it constantly recycles and recirculates the air once it has been cleaned.
